EHS & Safety Protocols

Occupational safety is an integral component of erecting any given electrical installation or laying hightension or low-tension lines on site. At RPPElectricals Private Limited, therefore, we have a comprehensive electrical safety in place for personnel maintaining and handling electrically powered equipment. This not only warrants the absolute well-being of our workforce,

but also highlights our profound attention to project safety. Driven by a zero-tolerance policy for possible occupational hazards, here’s how we prioritize the implementation of safety measures, assess potential electrical dangers, and deliver timely resolutions as and when required :

  • Premium Safety Gear: We provide and maintain suitable safety equipment, including guards, fencing, and caution boards. RPPelectricals  Private Limited’s caution boards carry the right, legible symbols. Our work personnel is also given high-quality protective goggles, protective footwear, and hand gloves. Additionally, safety gear such as safety helmets, shoes, and belts are also used by the workers, depending on the nature of the work.
  • 100% Vigilance: We make certain that the right vigilance measures, customized to the clients’ requirements, are properly followed under the expert guidance of the engineer in charge or the constituted authority. This warrants the protection of workers, in addition to the safety of others at and near the site.
  • Strict Guidelines: Our work personnel is thoroughly trained to follow construction safety guidelines listed under Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). They are also trained to comply with the safety regulations of the client or organization, if any.
  • Fire Hazard Protection: Activities such as welding and brazing are not undertaken without gloves and eye-cover, fire extinguishers, and appropriate welding face shields. Moreover, employees assisting the welders mandatorily use safety goggles, as well.
  • First Aid: Our team leaders are well-trained in first aid techniques. Moreover, adequate facilities for medical aid and the treatment of staff and workers are provided at the project site. These primarily include first aid equipment, sterilized dressing, cotton wool, and antiseptics.
  • Spot Incentives: Site teams that follow all safety regulations and protocols are granted spot incentives to encourage their attention to safety. Alternatively, teams that are deficient in terms of keeping up with the safety measures are closely monitored by a dedicated guide and offered intensive training to ensure compliance.
  • Height Safety: All persons working at heights more than 4.5 meters above the ground, exposed to the risk of falling, always use safety belts unless otherwise protected by durable cages and guard railings.
  • Communication: Personnel in charge carry handphones to facilitate direct lines of communication.
